Currently toying with the idea of chopping my hair off...I want to cut it a little above my shoulders and perhaps lose the fringe. What do you think, should I do it? I'm wearing a handmade gray tee, Forever 21 skirt, gojane.com purple platforms, and a M by MJ bag
