What's so unique about this new make-up remover by Biore is that it has a double formula to give you double the results. The upper layer has an instant effect to dissolve any mascara or any water-proof eye make-up. Lower layer has ingredients, such as hyaluronic acid, which can moisturize the skin around the eye to reduce and prevent fine lines.

FOR BEST RESULT
1) Shake the bottle in order to mix the two layers.
2) Place a quarter size amount of solution onto a cotton pad.
3) Wipe from the inner corners of the eyes to the outer corners. Continue until all the make-up has been removed.

WHY I LOVE THIS PRODUCT
This is the best make-up remover that I've used to date. It's newly released in the Asian countries and it's formulated in Japan. It not only removes all my water-proof make-up but it also removes my false lashes as well without hurting my real lashes. Unlike most make-up remover that I've tried, this does not leave your eyes feeling all oily. It leaves a fresh feeling instead. The price is also very affordable, around $8 CAD for a bottle, which cost the same as my Almay Oil-Free Eye Makeup Remover Pads.
The only downside is that since it is from Japan, I'm not sure where to get this in North America. I checked Biore's websites and this product is only listed with the Japanese site or the Taiwan site. I did not see this product on neither the American site or the Canadian site. If you really want to try this out, you may have to either get a friend from Asia to get it or to check some of the Asian malls near your area. Maybe they have imported it.
