WHY I LOVE THIS PRODUCT
I've been trying to get my hands on these lip balms ever since they first came out in the States! But they still have not fully arrived in Canada yet. There were some Shoppers that carried them and I know that RW & Co had them for a while, but the prices were around $7-$8CAD for one! Which is like almost double the original price! Once again, this gives me another reason to hate how slow products arrive to Canada.
With that being said, you can probably imagine my thrill when I saw these products in Hong Kong! And they were only $36 HKD, which is around $4 CAD! So do these lip balms deserve all the hype? YES! After discovering this product, I've completely stopped using my previous Rosebud lip balm! Eos, is short for “Evolution of Smooth”. All eos lip balms are certified USDA organic, and made with 95% certified organic ingredients. Besides being mostly organic, they are 100% natural. And who can forget the adorable recyclable packaging! These balms are brightly colored and packaged with a sturdy “soft touch” plastic for a unique feel. I know some people complain about them being too hard to carry around, but honestly, I just think that the little sphere shape is just TOO CUTE! I don't carry the lip balm in my makeup bag, but I just slip it inside my purse.
It really does make my lip really smooth and unlike the Rosebud lip balm, it doesn't leave my lips feeling oily. My lips are left extra soft and no more flaking lips for me! After using the Sweet Mint one, I went back and bought 2 other ones, Summer Fruit and Honeysuckle Honeydew. I feel the need to stock up on these before I leave Hong Kong because they will be a lot harder to find when I'm in Canada! The smell of these lip balms are not extremely overwhelming, which I really enjoy. With the all natural ingredients and its organic certification, not to mention the small price tag and cute packaging, you really can’t go wrong with eos Lip Balms!
