Holiday dreaming...
From fine dining, to trendy bars, rooftop swimming pools and five star spas – Right now I'm dreaming of a short little escape to Singapore...

I’m always on the search for amazing holiday destinations and after a little researching have recently discovered that Singapore could be a place that ticks all my current holiday requirements… From pampering and shopping to sipping cocktails by the pool, I've even been putthing together a fantasy wish list of what I'd pack for a Singapore weekend get-away.

One celebrity who know’s all about style and luxury is Kaftan Queen Camilla Franks.  Singapore Tourism recently partnered with Camilla to design her first ever travel bag - titled the 'Singapore Weekender Bag' it is dedicated to her "home away from home" - Singapore. Thanks to Singapore Tourism and Camilla for not only filling my head with fantasies about holidaying in Singapore, but have also generously given me 2 gorgeous travel bags to give away to Mylookbook readers!

All you have to do is go to the Mylookbook Facebook page and let us know what makes a perfect holiday destination for you, or where you've been that was a perfect holiday. The winners will be announced on Friday 13th January! You can win this stunning Camilla Travel Bag! Just click here to head on over to the Mylookbook facebook page!

If your tempted to head over to Singapore for a girly weekend or just some relaxation and rejuvenation, click below for some ideas on what to put in your itinerary! These are some of mine...
Pampering Palaces

First stop in Singapore for me right now would be to relax and unwind. Although I haven't travelled to Singapore myself so these are just suggestions from research, here are some ideas...
Aramsa Spa – a favourite with Singapore for ultimate relaxation and a natural spa experience. www.aramsaspas.com St Gregory Spa - www.stgregoryspa.com an award winning spa with specialised and traditional healing therapies on offer ranging from Chinese Tui Na to Javanese massages and Ayurveda treatments www.stgregoryspa.com. Spa Botanica - www.spabotanica.com - Tucked away from the hustle and bustle of city life, Spa Botanica occupies a lush, tropical compound on the island of Sentosa. For a close-to-nature experience, there are private Balinese-style outdoor pavilions, plus a man-made waterfall (all the better to pummel knotted backs with), mud pool, labyrinth garden and lounge pool to flop down beside, before and after your treatment.
Retail Therapy!

For the big budget experience - Orchard Road apparently has an endless array of designers at your disposal from Louis Vuitton and Prada to Topshop and Sephora.
There are also plenty of more unique shopping hotspots that are a little more off the beaten track. Haji Lane in the Arab Quarter has beautiful fabrics and cute knick knacks, or Chinatown for its chic boutiques. For the ultimate mega mall experience The ION Centre,  www.ionorchard.com is apparently the place to go. The ideal finish to the day - Cocktails

Apparently there is no shortage of options with elegant bars, rooftop hideaways and sophisticated drinking spots all over the city. For a beachside cocktail experience with a twist, there is Singapore's premier sun-kissed playground - Tanjong Beach Club. This apparently has a stunning combination of restaurant, bar and beach getaway and often regarded as Singapore’s best stretch of sand www.tanjongbeachclub.com.

For the ultimate in cocktail indulgence, Klee is apparently the go. An intimate setting for only 30 people, the bar serves only the best in mixed spirits. Housed in what used to be a caretaker’s lodge, the venue boasts a baby grand piano to really set the mood and help you unwind after a long day.

For cocktails with a view, Ku De Ta Sky Park, Marina Bay Sands North Tower, 1 Bayfront Ave www.kudeta.com.sg is  situated on the 57th storey of Marina Bay Sands so you can take in the breathtaking night views of the city whilst you unwind and relax.

So, having not been to Singapore yet, I think I've made a pretty good start on my research! Next is to find flights and the best places to stay and eat - watch this space! ❤ Don't forget if you want to win one of 2 Camilla Travel bags to get you even more inspired about getting away, click here!
