Just when we were getting used to bright, contrasting colour blocking and the mixing and matching of prints, the fashion world goes and shakes it all up again and throws another new trend at us all...

I've been watching this particular look creep in over the past few weeks and I must say, I REALLY do like it. Outfits are now being put together in variations of one colour, creating a soft, romantic and fresh new look.

Although the trend was seen on recent international runways (Chloe, Givenchy and Kenzo), plus a few magazines,  in my opinion it's the bloggers above (and Jess Hart) who've translated it best so far.

So folks, it looks like it's time to play with tone-on-tone colours for winter. Simply pick your favourite colour and start shading!
