marni at h&m launch party

Last night was the launch party for the beautiful collaboration between Marni and H&M, held at the Lloyd Wright-designed Sowden House in Los Feliz. Brightly lit looming palm trees, flowers crawling up stone walls, huge pillows thrown about carelessly, and candles occupying every flat surface in sight made for an enchanted sort of feeling that I failed to capture appropriately with photos. Being in close quarters with Mel Gibson and Winona Ryder may have proven to be too distracting. I wore a Sandro blazer, Zara button down shirt, Maurie and Eve's 'Bowie' shorts, and Alexander Wang heels.
