Fashion designer Melissa Nepton, took the stage with EOLIA, her new Fall-Winter 12/13 collection at the World Mastercard Fashion Week at the Tents - David Pecaut Square. Like soft snow banks blown by Aeolus, her garments boost simplicity in cut, a Nepton signature, but a closer look reveals an exquisite attention to details that come to life when worn by women. This thoughtful simplicity is further infused in the mix colour palette of grey, corn, beige and burned browned, presented in tandem with a combination of material, where jersey, silk chiffon, wool, leather and fur come together.
In this collection, the designer migrates toward coats after being known across the Quebec fashion industry for her famous capes. Nepton broadens her winter collection with ample, practical and chic parkas, complete with large mesh collars.

Created with the urban career women in mind, the Montreal-based Melissa Nepton label was established in 2009. Celebrating an accessible sophistication, a study in movement and a sense of fluidity, Melissa Nepton's designs outfit silhouettes of all shapes.
