Dinner is Served
My best friend and I recently watched the documentary Vegucated and it made us think twice about eating animal products. I don't eat meat often, so becoming a partial vegan wasn't really that difficult (I still haven't given up greek yogurt or eggs). We take turns cooking for each other and the other night I made sweet potato pizza with kale and caramelized onions for dinner. I substituted the Fontina cheese for Daiya mozzarella cheese and made my own cauliflower crust instead of store-bought pizza crust.xx
