There's something very edgy, bold and impractical about these cut-out booties that I've been craving lately. It all started with the Balenciaga pair, which I can only dream of owning. And now, every company is making them. Whether it's just the heel or the entire side, I just want to rip off sections of my current boots. I'm leaning towards getting a flat bottom pair just because I can probably wear the heck out of them. What do you think?
