I'm glad I ended fashion week this season with the Target show, which is also their first show at the World MasterCard Fashion Week here in Toronto. Not only did Target showcased their holiday spirit (with Christmas music, colours, gifts for all the audience and smiling and dancing models) but the biggest surprise was when the iconic Target bull terrier made an appearance at the end of show. And who's walking the terrier? Of course it's none other than Erin Wasson.
For this holiday season, forget about wearing red or green. It's all about black and white prints and patterns with an accent of red through accessories. Try adding a pair of red shoes or a pair of red gloves to your monochromatic outfits. What's the forecast for Spring 2014? Expect a lot of cobalt colours! Don't be afraid to wear the same colour, in the same shade on the top and on the bottom. It's all about colour matching (literally) for Spring 2014.
