It doesn't get more adorable than this...
Purchased decades ago back East, this tiny mirror was part of a salesman sample of handcrafted Shaker mirrors. It is a number 3 and measures approx 5.5" long and approx 1 7/8" wide.
When it's looking glass broke, a Mother/Grandmother lovingly and carefully trimmed a hand tinted type of her daughter. And what a sweet image this is of Maggie Glass, complete with tinted rosy cheeks and holding a felted hat in front of her. How do I know her name? It is etched on the back side of the 'mirror' (*please leave comment to request additional close up pics)
