WHY I LIKE THIS PRODUCT
This is my favourite drugstore (drugstore being North American drugstore) liquid eyeliner at the moment! Now, it's not my all time favourite liquid liner but it's pretty decent. What I liked most about this liner is the pigmentation. The liner gives a really dark and rich black and it stays on for 4-5 hours without any touch up. The pigmentation will slowly become water down the more you use it. But that happens to all liquid liners so it's normal. It's not smudge proof however, so make sure you don't rub your eyes.
Now the felt tip applicator is unique and it's something that most drugstore liquid liners do not have. However, even though it's unique, I find that it's still more difficult to control in comparison to the K-Palette liner or the Dolly Wink liner. It's not as easy when you want to create a winged line. I find that the Japanese liners are also more precise. The other downside about this liner is that it takes a really long time to dry. Maybe because the color payoff is really good, so that's why it takes a longer time for it to dry.
However, with the price tag at a mere $6-$7 at Walmart, it's a decent liner and definitely worth a try. This is a great alternative if you don't want to pay more for the Japanese liquid liners or if you can't wait for the shipping. (This item is available in most if not all, local drugstore stores and Walmart). I will repurchase this again when I'm finished this one and when my Japanese liquid liner runs out. It's, without a doubt, a great liner for beginners.
